Volunteer Roles Needed:

• Registration & Greeting: Welcome attendees, manage check-ins, and distribute materials. 

• Event Setup & Logistics: Assist with room arrangement, signage, and technical support. 

• Candidate & Speaker Support: Help coordinate speaker schedules and guest needs. 

• Networking & Hospitality: Guide attendees, facilitate connections, and manage refreshment areas. 

• Setup/ Cleanup Crew: Support post-event breakdown to wrap up the day efficiently.
   

Shifts are flexible (morning, afternoon, or full-day), and no prior experience is required—we'll provide on-site guidance.
